Basic monitoring services will consist of:
- Real time remote monitoring.
- Weekly reporting
- Remote Web Access

- Discounted hourly on-site support
Remote support services include the Basic package in addition to:
- Remote support by Spartech Technicians
- Patch Management.
- Proactive maintenance (remote and onsite).
- Access to online support tickets.
- Discounted hourly on-site support.
Onsite support services include the Basic and Remote packages in addition to:
- Spartech Solutions will dispatch a technician to resolve any issue that cannot be resolved remotely
- Service is contingent on the end user having adequate and up to date Anti-virus, Backup, Switches etc. Prior to service Spartech will perform a site survey qualifying all PCs, Servers, programs and network elements to be functional and supportable.

Remote Backup Storage :
Works like regular data backup software, but with one important difference. Instead of sending backups to a tape drive or other media attached to the computer it is backing up, RBackup online backup software sends the backup over the Internet or other network connections to your online backup server safely offsite. It does this (usually) at night while computers are not being used. Backups can also be done on- demand, any time.
Remote File Sharing:
Our Remote Desktop services system allows remote access to shared applications or shared data. Access it anytime in anyplace.
